How to Order

Five easy steps, all through Instagram or Threads.

  1. Choose your item

    Browse Ready Stocks or Pre-order, or request anything not listed.

  2. Send a DM

    Paste the message to @epal_scarves on Instagram or Threads.

  3. Pay a deposit or in full

    By BIBD, Baiduri or TAIB bank transfer. Account details are sent in the DM.

  4. Track your order

    You'll get an order number. Follow it any time on Batch Updates.

  5. Pickup or delivery

    Once it's ready, settle any balance, then self-pickup at Lambak Kanan or get it delivered (charges apply).

How your Google Sheet would run it

Nothing in Epalscarves Final Tracker changes until you approve the look. Every page reads from the same Site tabs, and only those tabs are published.

Add Collection, Version (e.g. Standard, Double, Strong & Tall), Show on site (tick box), Photo link and Brand product link. Rows with the same brand and design name become one card with version buttons.
Pre-orderNew Site · Pre-ordersOne row per item: brand, name, price, deposit, photo, brand link, Order type (Group order / Always open) and Item type (Scarves for now; a new type gets its own filter button). A closing date is only needed for group orders.
Batch UpdatesNew Site · BatchesOne row per batch or parcel: name, Stage dropdown (Open / Ordered / Shipped / Ready / Completed), a short note.
Order numbersA new Batch dropdown on Sales LogPick the batch when you log an order. A formula copies only the order number and batch into Site · Orders. Customer names never leave your sheet.
